New York 2016.I’m really pleased to present to you my new album. These compositions all stem from my profound desire to return to my very first favorite music genre, the one that I immediately felt I wanted to stay with and in-which is to say JAZZ. Fulfilling this desire took a lot of planning and work, but in the end it happened: I spent an incredible year in New York, sharing the stage with many talented musicians and receiving all kinds of inspiration and necessary feedback for what I had in mind. It is true that my music reflects all the facets of my musical background, ranging from classical music to pop and jazz, for they all are part of my cultural formation. But this focus on jazz for this past year was something I will never forget. Playing and recording this album with acclaimed NY jazz musicians has given so much to me musically speaking, and in particular this exposure to form and musical content has allowed me to perfect my own style.

New York 2016.
